We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson and a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. Position 01 Overview: As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will work closely with architects and project managers to create detailed, accurate technical drawings and plans for a variety of building projects. You will be responsible for producing architectural designs using CAD software and ensuring that all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Position 01 Key Responsibilities: Create and modify detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Assist architects in the preparation of design concepts, layouts, and schematics for building projects. Work from sketches, design briefs, or verbal instructions to develop comprehensive technical drawings. Ensure accuracy and quality in all drafting work, adhering to design standards, specifications, and building codes. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including construction details, schedules, and material lists. Review and incorporate revisions and feedback from architects, clients, and project stakeholders. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all technical requirements. Prepare and assist with permit applications and regulatory submissions. Maintain organized files for design documents and project-related information. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural drafting software and industry best practices. Position 02 Overview: As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist the entire company in creating visually compelling content for a wide range of digital and print media. You will work closely with senior designers, project managers, and other departments to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. Position 02 Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality graphics for print, web, and social media platforms. Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, posters, and email templates. Create and modify design assets, including logos, icons, and other visual elements. Support the senior design team in the production of assets for web pages, landing pages, and digital ads. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and innovative design ideas. Prepare and present design concepts to senior designers or other stakeholders for feedback and revisions. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to ensure the use of current design practices. Qualifications: A degree or diploma in a relevant field. Proven experience (internship or professional) in architectural drafting or design. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Proven experience (internship or freelance) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods. Ability to produce clear and accurate technical drawings and documents. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting work. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members. Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or similar). Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building principles. Understanding of construction materials and methods.
