This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Cheltenham office. Overview Interacting with potential clients via telephone and e-mail, to promote the suite of insurances we offer Promoting Howden product range to prospective and lapsed clients Enter and update customer information in the database Booking high-quality appointments for our executives to follow up Educating prospects about who we are and the value we bring Building a strong pipeline of leads Compile meeting notes and file recordings Knowledge Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or lead generation is desirable Skills Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to decision-makers Resilience, motivation and a positive attitude Ability to persuade and influence others Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to build rapport Qualifications GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) What do we offer in return?
