Job Description Job Description Company Background : Vic K-International Corporation provides procurement, project management, engineering and consulting solutions to our clients in the aerospace, energy, and heavy industrial sectors primarily in South Korea and abroad. Job Purpose: The responsibilities for this position are to help manage export shipments and client-based projects and inquiries. Position Responsibilities: Request quotations from vendors and create proforma invoices to customers Prepare shipping documents: purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, and packing lists Establish ongoing and timely communication with vendors/customers to update the progress of each request/or order Set up files to ensure that all requests/orders are well-organized and appropriately documented Research and manage client-based projects and inquiries Position Qualifications: 4-year college degree Knowledge and experience in project coordination/or in the export sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong, succinct writing and verbal skills Fluent or conversational in Korean Personal Characteristics: A self-started and quick learner Understand and exercise ethical behavior and business practices Communicate effectively in clear, thorough, and timely manner Foster teamwork in a small company setting – work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance company effectiveness Organize – Set priorities, monitor goals toward progress, and track details/data of projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
