The Role Key Responsibilities Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools. CI/CD Management: Set up and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in automation processes and pipelines. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, tools, and configurations. Who You Are Key skills Must have expertise and experience in scripting languages and in programming / development / scripting (i.e. Java, C++, bash, python, Go, PowerShell, yaml). Must have familiarity with RedHat technologies, including Ansible and RH Application runtimes. Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows and VMware). Proficiency in REST API. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI). Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). GitOps experience. DevOps experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus. Previous experience in a similar role or in software development and operations. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
