Luxury Living Group - Digital & Marketing Director, Forli Job Description: A Digital and Marketing Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing a company's digital and marketing strategies. This role involves the integration of both traditional marketing methods and innovative digital marketing techniques to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. Campaign Management: Leading and overseeing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, search engines, etc.) and traditional channels. Brand Development: Ensuring the company's branding is consistent and impactful across all digital touchpoints. Customer Insights: Analyzing customer data to gain insights, drive decision-making, and improve user experiences. Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the marketing and digital teams, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget. Digital Transformation: Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies and digital platforms that can help the company stay competitive. Analytics & Reporting: Using data-driven approaches to track the performance of marketing efforts, measuring ROI, and adjusting to improve results. SEO & Content Strategy: Overseeing search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing strategies to increase organic traffic and engagement. Paid Media Management: Managing paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads. Partnerships & Collaboration: Working with external partners, agencies, and brand licenses to amplify the marketing message and reach broader audiences. Skills & Qualifications: Digital Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.). Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas that connect with customers and drive conversions. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing marketing teams. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present marketing strategies and results to stakeholders. Adaptability: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital and marketing space. Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (5-10 years). Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) can be advantageous. Experience with the use of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools. Experience in preparing high-quality corporate presentations, with attention to clarity and visual impact (in-depth knowledge of presentation tools such as Powerpoint, Keynotes, etc.).
