The main tasks include optimizing online sales activities for clients, improving user experience (UX), and maximizing conversions on e-commerce platforms. The role also requires initiating and developing new products and services for the agency. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be: · Product content management – optimizing descriptions, images, videos, and other product assets on e-retail platforms. · Monitoring and performance analysis – tracking KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, visibility, search ranking) and recommending optimization actions. · Coordination of promotional campaigns – implementing promotional strategies and managing product exposure in clients' online stores. · SEO content optimization – applying best SEO practices to product pages and analyzing results in terms of organic visibility. · Collaboration with internal teams and clients – communicating with marketing, sales, and IT departments, as well as global clients, to execute e-commerce strategies. · Competitive audit and benchmarking – analyzing competitors' activities in e-retail channels and recommending improvements. · Product catalog management – updating offers, verifying data accuracy, and implementing changes according to client guidelines. · Managing and presenting online stores for international clients – handling content and UX in different language versions, adapting offerings to local markets, and coordinating e-commerce activities on global platforms. What you’ll need to succeed: Required: 5 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital merchandising, with a focus on Amazon. Preferred expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Ads). In-depth knowledge of e-commerce processes and tools supporting online sales (e.g., Google Analytics, CRO tools, recommendation systems). Knowledge of trends and tools in UX/UI, customer journey, and marketing automation. Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, ranking strategies, and regulations. Experience managing multi-market, multi-SKU product catalogs. Advanced skills in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk), pricing automation, and review management. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and teams. Fluent English; Polish is not required. Desired: Knowledge of e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Magento Experience with technologies like scraping, data storage, and data syndication. Focus on innovation and implementing new technologies in e-commerce.
