What We Have to Offer: Sign on Bonus: $18,000 sign on for experienced NNPs CME Reimbursement: Receive up to $2,500 and 5 additional PTO days/year for Continuing Medical Education. Delivering top-tier Level II, III, and IV services, our expansive NICU serves over 700 infants annually from across the South. Our team is a passionate group of healthcare professionals, including skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs), who specialize in treating a wide range of congenital and acquired conditions. By joining our team, you’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate community committed to providing the highest level of care to the most vulnerable patients. What You’ll Do: As a valued member of our NICU team, the NNP will play a key role in team-focused patient care, conducting thorough examinations and evaluations in medical setting. The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization (North Carolina Board of Nursing) with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.
