Job Description
The Center for Sleep & Wake Disorders provides innovative & customized solutions for patients in sleep medicine. From diagnostic testing to therapeutic and support services, we can provide a solution for a continuum of care for patients impacted by sleep apnea. In addition, we provide high-quality medical products, services, and outstanding customer care to our clients and patients. Additionally, this person will thrive in a team setting and work with many departments within our organization. As a Center of Sleep & Wake Disorders marketing professional, you will be responsible for office-based face-to-face calls and virtual communication with doctors, office, and supporting staff. In addition, you will aim to create and build new and existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices, and other referral sources within the medical community. Success will be meeting or exceeding monthly goals, documenting communication, and tracking activity. Minimum Requirements: Willing to work a full-time schedule Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Highly self-motivated and a self-starter Proven time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Recent graduates may apply Preferred Requirements: College degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. A combination of education and experience is acceptable. Experience in Sleep/DME/CPAP or office-based medical/pharma/dental sales Salesforce experience or knowledge 1-3 years sales experience (B2B, B2C, door to door, etc.) Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain solid working relationships within the medical community geographically located within the assigned territory. Set up meetings for our physicians to speak with other physicians in and around Chevy Chase, MD. Drop off materials and introduce our services to nearby practices (cardiologists, pulmonologists, primary care, etc.) Appropriately communicate feedback to other departments. Track all sales and marketing activities in the company's CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly. Effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing. Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual) Maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information. Be self-motivated and be efficient with time management. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
