We are looking, for a Group Company, for a CRM Specialist profile who will join the Digital & Betting Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the world of online gaming, with proven experience in customer relationship management, CRM campaign optimisation and the use of advanced customer segmentation and campaign orchestration tools. Main activities: Plan, develop and optimise CRM campaigns for the Sport and Casino segments, leveraging the multi-touchpoint model. Segment the customer database using predictive analytics and micro-segmentation to deliver personalised and targeted communications. Create omnichannel journeys and dynamic offers based on customer lifetime value, churn prediction and behavioural clustering. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics through control groups and uplift measurement, improving ROI. Collaborate with Marketing, Product and VIP teams to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Work closely with the BI & Analytics team, using predictive models to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation. Ensure all activities are compliant with industry regulations, applying compliance-friendly personalisation strategies. Requirements: Master's degree in Economics, Marketing or related. Previous experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, with experience using Optimove or similar tools. Strong understanding of retention, engagement and customer lifetime value metrics. Skill in data analysis, KPI interpretation and performance optimisation through A/B testing and AI-driven recommendations. Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create targeted messages. Aptitude for problem-solving, data-driven approach and results orientation. Fluent knowledge of English.
