Benefit Design Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for someone who understands health insurance who can assist us in pulling Benefit Design information for private employers who are self-funding their health insurance. Data from these ASO (Administrative Services Only) plans will need to be prepared for analysis by our team to support client engagements. Ideal person will understand the basics of health insurance benefit design and know what a Statement of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) looks like.
Job Requirements
- Actuarial or college student with a GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Knowledge of Healthcare Benefit Design
- Previous internship experience in a similar role (optional)
- Organized and proficient in Excel
- Coding experience is a plus
