Salesforce Support Engineer - Apex/Visual Force

The Role : A Salesforce Support Engineer to manage a project for one of our biggest clients in Real Estate domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs and MuleSoft. Work with source control tools such as Git and Autorabit. Demonstrate strong experience and understanding of Salesforce security architecture. Perform configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards. Plan, design, develop, and maintain multiple complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring the quality of offshore programming efforts. Collaborate across multiple scrum teams and follow leading-edge development, testing, and deployment practices on the Salesforce platform. Skills Required : 5 years of technical expertise on Salesforce LWC, Salesforce.com, including Force.com Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant, and their application within Salesforce.com. Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs and MuleSoft. Work with source control tools such as Git and Autorabit. Demonstrate strong experience and understanding of Salesforce security architecture. Perform configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards. Adhere to Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations. Plan, design, develop, and maintain multiple complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring the quality of offshore programming efforts. Collaborate across multiple scrum teams and follow leading-edge development, testing, and deployment practices on the Salesforce platform. Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in the resolution of issues using defined problem management procedures. Provide application support and maintenance for customer applications. Manage full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 750 user licenses. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is required. Qualifications & Experience : 5 years of work experience.
