About the role The Performance Executive is a client-facing role focused on driving best-in-class paid social, and paid search campaigns. The Performance Executive works within an integrated digital team across a specific client portfolio managing delivery and strategy across social campaigns. This role reports to the Business Director from a day-to-day perspective, as well as the Performance Director to ensure best-in-class output. Key Responsibilities of The Performance Executive: Manage the development and execution of all paid social and paid search campaigns from ideation to implementation and reporting, ensuring this is delivered to high standards and aligned with client performance goals. Develop a thorough understanding of your client’s business and key objectives. Manage your workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met, and we are aligning with specific service level agreements. Manage the ongoing testing and optimisation of ad copy, targeting and bid strategies to deliver best in class paid social and paid search campaigns aligned to your client’s business goals. Provide comprehensive and articulate reporting to illustrate performance insights around current and future growth opportunities to clients. Effective management of budget allocations across multiple clients and campaigns. Keep up to date with the social marketing landscape inclusive of best practices, strategies, and techniques across all existing and emerging platforms. Develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including clients and partners. Collaborate with Performance Managers and Performance Directors on performance strategies, responses to briefs and performance media plans. Open to managing other performance channels like Programmatic as required. Key Skills & Experience: You will have 2 years' hands-on experience in a Social and Search specialist role. Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience using Facebook pixel as part of campaign set up and management Experience with trafficking social campaigns in Google Campaign Manager is preferred. Strong hands-on knowledge and experience across social and Google ad platforms, including implementation and optimisations. Motivated self-start and able to deliver positive outcomes A high attention to detail with good organisational and project management skill Able to work independently and autonomously on projects as and when required. To be a team player, with a can-do attitude and the ability to collaborate with entire team. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
