About the role: The Performance Coordinator is an entry-level position, focused on driving best in class performance marketing campaigns. The Performance Coordinator works within an integrated team across a specific client portfolio managing day to day delivery and support across digital performance channels. This role reports to the Account Director. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of SEM campaigns across various search platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. Assist in the creation and management of Paid Social campaigns using platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, where required. Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimise SEM campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. Optimising Paid Social campaigns with support form Performance Managers. Monitor and analyse key campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, ad-rank, and engagement rates. In conjunction with the Performance Manager, generate insightful reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation and improvement. Accountable for the effective management of budgets across multiple clients and campaigns, escalating any issues to senior members of the team. Develop an understanding of your client’s business and their key objectives. Manage your own workflow to ensure agreed deadlines are met, and we are aligning with specific service level agreements. Support in the ongoing testing and optimisation of creative, ad copy, targeting and strategies to deliver best in class paid social and SEM campaigns aligned to your client’s business goals. Keep up to date with the paid marketing landscape, inclusive of best practices, strategies, and techniques across all existing and emerging platforms. Key Skills & Experience: Knowledge of the media landscape, with an emphasis on paid marketing. Motivated self-starter with the ability to deliver effective outcomes. High attention to detail with good organisational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and autonomously. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
