Vice President - LLM & NLP

We're seeking a talented and experienced data scientist to join our dynamic team and support a leading financial services multinational client (MNC) in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and statistical analysis to solve real-world business challenges within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. Additional Information : - This is an individual contributor role with an In-office work schedule. Working Hours - 2PM IST - 11 PM IST Your Responsibilities : - You will work with a diverse range of financial data sources. - Utilize cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), machine learning techniques, and statistical analysis to address critical business needs for our client. - Develop and implement innovative NLP/ML solutions that drive transformation and deliver tangible value to our client. - Actively curate and manage datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity. - Continuously monitor and improve model performance through feedback analysis and active learning techniques. Who We're Looking For : - A highly motivated and results-oriented Data Scientist with a minimum of 8 years of experience. - Possess a postgraduate qualification (Masters or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics Computer Science (B.Tech), or a relevant field. - Demonstrate in-depth expertise in NLP, LLMs, and ML techniques, with a proven track record of applying them to solve complex business problems. - Proficiency in Python programming with the ability to write clean, production-ready code. - Solid understanding of various ML algorithms, including clustering, decision trees, and gradient descent. - Hands-on experience with deep learning toolkits like PyTorch, Transformers, and HuggingFace. - Possess a strong grasp of language models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and domain adaptation techniques.
