Java Developer - Spring Frameworks

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Expert to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java and related technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for Java/Java EE application development and providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and standards. - Build reusable components and libraries for future use. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, QA, DevOps, and other developers) to define and deliver new features. - Implement secure coding practices and participate in code reviews. - Work with databases and ensure seamless integration between back-end and front-end systems. Technical Skills Required : - Strong programming skills in Core Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security). - Experience in RESTful Web Services and Microservices Architecture. - Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA and ORM concepts. - Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle. - Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular/React is a plus). - Working knowledge of Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) and SQL queries. - Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit/TestNG) and mocking frameworks (Mockito). - Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or similar tools is beneficial. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership. - Ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Java Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
