Senior Exploration Geologist - 1-year FTC

Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for a Senior Exploration Geologist (1-Year FTC), to join their mining/consulting company based in the Western Cape. Responsibilities: Develop and implement exploration strategies aligned with company objectives. Plan, coordinate, and execute geological mapping, geochemical surveys, and drilling programs. Ensure compliance with South African mining regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for exploration projects. Conduct fieldwork to identify and evaluate mineralized zones. Oversee core logging, sampling, and geotechnical assessments. Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to assess ore body potential Requirements: Grade 12 BSc Degree/BSc Hons Degree in Geology or equivalent Registered with SACNASP/GSSA Experience in Micromine, Leapfrog, Datamine, QGIS, MaxGeo 5 - 8 years' experience in mining/consulting Valid Driver's License Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable) Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career changing move.
