Workday Core HCM Expert

We are looking for a highly experienced Workday Core HCM expert to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in implementing and managing Workday HCM solutions, with at least 12 years of experience in the field. You will play a key role in leading projects, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Workday Core HCM functionalities. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday Core HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, etc.). - Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. - Provide functional expertise and technical support for Workday Core HCM solutions, ensuring systems meet business needs and objectives. - Manage and optimize Workday HCM workflows, configurations, and integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday Core HCM functionality. - Conduct system testing, quality checks, and provide training to end-users. - Provide ongoing support and ensure that Workday HCM is running efficiently and effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system transitions and : - A minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing and managing Workday Core HCM solutions. - Strong expertise in Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and more. - Proven experience in Workday integrations, data migration, and system optimization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. - Ability to manage large-scale projects and ensure successful delivery within timelines. - Graduation in a related field, additional certifications in Workday HCM is a plus.
