Job overview: As an Account Manager focusing on social media content creation, you will be integral to our Client Service team, liaising directly with clients & creators and managing a portfolio of exciting content creation projects and brands. Your expertise in social media will guide strategic project management, from initial creative concept through execution What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 4 years of client management experience in social media/digital/influencer agency, with a focus on content creation. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and the ability to create engaging content (Reels/TikTok/Stories). Excellent client and project management skills, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of content. Proficiency in English (min C1 level) What You Will Be Responsible For: Building & maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and creators. Creating innovative campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences. Coordinating content production schedules, from concept to final delivery. Managing budgets and timelines. Selecting and collaborating with content creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Negotiating partnerships and managing contracts with content creators.
