Join our SCA National Finance team in Gold Coast, where your success is at the heart of everything we do. What does your day to day look like? Manage your own Agency customer ledger and ensure payments are made on time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on Customer Service. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. High level account reconciliation. Client & Ad hoc reporting as required. Process adjustments, credit charges before the monthly billing cycle. The ability to negotiate Payment Plans. General: Any other accounting duties which may be appropriately combined with the above. What you’ll need: Basic understanding of accounting principles is required. 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable position within a large, complex commercial organisation Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data Moderate to Advance MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a collaborative team Initiative and willingness to problem solve to overcome challenges Let us sweeten the deal Flexible working options to help you balance work and life.
