Job Description Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar. This job is workstyle 5. You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration. Angus Council is inviting applications from talented, adaptable and enthusiastic candidates to complement our non-housing property projects team to provide Quantity Surveying services. An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor. Consideration will be given to candidates who are not currently fully qualified who can undertake progression to full MRICS status on a structured career grade basis. For candidates not fully qualified it is essential that you have some experience of construction and/or quantity surveying practice. The qualifications and training is as set out in the Professional Career Grade Structure and Competencies document.
