Python/Generative AI Developer - LLM/RAG

The Role : Python/Generative AI Developer Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications integrating Generative AI and ML models. - Build and fine-tune LLM-based solutions, including prompt optimization and response evaluation. - Implement and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar services. - Integrate and deploy LLMs and transformer-based models (e.g., Hugging Face) in production environments. - Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. - Work with LangChain or similar frameworks to build modular, composable LLM-powered applications. Skills Required : - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Python with Generative AI applications. - Hands on experience in automating Python applications using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). - Proficient in Prompt Engineering. Ability to write prompts. - Hands on experience in LLM and other foundational models. - Experience in Azure Open AI. - Worked with OpenAI using RAG pattern. - Hands on experience on both Python AI and ML libraries - Experience on Langchain or other LLM frameworks. - Experience in VS Code or any other equivalent IDE. - Experience in Deep learning libraries such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch. - Experience in Hugging face or other Transformers can be handy. - Experience working on large multitier applications. - Ability to solve technical problems.
