Job Description
Job Purpose: To provide basic administrative support to the Planning Office by organizing documents, capturing production data, and assisting with communication between departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Filing and organizing production and planning documents. Capturing production data into spreadsheets or templates provided by the planning team. Printing, distributing, and filing job cards and schedules. Assisting with document control and updating basic tracking sheets (e.g., daily production logs). Communicating with relevant departments to follow up on production-related information. Supporting the planning team with general office duties and admin tasks. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. At least 23 years experience working in a production or manufacturing environment. Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email). Non Negotiable Good verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the planning team.
