Fleet Controller

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily fleet operations and driver schedules Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance Track locations, troubleshoot transport issues, and ensure timely deliveries Oversee maintenance schedules and liaise with workshop teams Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, driver hours & vehicle inspections Enforce safety protocols and industry regulations Deliver top-tier service to clients and support driver performance What Youll Need: Grade 12 Experience in the abnormal/heavy haulage industry (preferred) Computer literate with strong MS Office skills Strong communication, time management & problem-solving abilities Valid drivers license Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of Navis system (advantageous) If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you
