Join this European team to support them in a wide range of challenging and exciting activities Key Responsibilities: Manage the editorial plan Seek useful information from all teams within the company Draft contributions for our intranet and our Microsoft Teams channel (internal social media) Update the editorial plan Support the development of new communication initiatives, especially with videos Search themes and interviewees Create the story board Organize production, editing, design, and internal streaming Support the team to identify and pursue initiatives and internal campaigns Boost our working atmosphere Reflect the company culture Promote our shared values Update our corporate website Collaborate with different departments Publish timely company information, such as memos, guidelines, company directives or flyers. Create layouts and designs for stories, posters and other materials for printing or online publication Support the team with the organisation of internal meetings and events Planning, organisation, operational support during the event. Key Requirements: Technical skills: You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) You have very good verbal and written communication skills in English You have good organisational and time management skills Soft skills: You are a team player You have good analytical skills and are curious You don't hesitate to reach out to others You are proactive and eager to learn You are willing to propose new ideas or initiatives You have a special interest for digital media & content, and for innovative or fintech technologies EDUCATION Bachelor or Master degree in communication, marketing or international management LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluent in English, with good writing and speaking level French or other European languages would be a plus EXPERIENCE First experience in the communication department of an international company Knowledge and interest in internal and external communication trends and initiatives Knowledge of video tools (even for personal use) would be a plus LOCATION Internship based in Paris, with a possibility to telework up to 2 days a week once the onboarding phase is completed. Available for some travels in Europe (especially in Amsterdam) Who Are We?
