Senior Manager - ACA Qualified Annual Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 Location: Verwood Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Senior Manager who is ACA qualified to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience and includes some flexible working options. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the team, ensuring the timely delivery of financial statements, tax returns, and other client services. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the workflow management within the team, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of financial statements, tax returns, and other required work to clients. Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients. Manage and provide guidance to the staff team, including a recently qualified ACA and an ACA Graduate Apprentice. Assist the director with ad hoc advisory work, including monthly management for certain clients and due diligence tasks as needed. Participate in the firm’s recruitment processes. Collaborate with the Director to develop the practice, with potential for incentive awards. Required Skills & Qualifications: ACA qualification with a strong professional attitude. At least 3 years of experience in general practice accountancy, including bookkeeping and payroll services. Comprehensive and up-to-date technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage accounting software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
