Legal Case Handler - Benefits £25,000 - £32,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Hybrid working (Tues-Thurs in office) 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Free onsite parking and nearby public transport links Company pension scheme Private medical and life assurance Legal Case Handler - Job Overview Resolving consumer-business disputes through mediation, conciliation, and adjudication Providing impartial advice and case adjudication using your legal knowledge Collating and assessing case evidence Assessing legal documents for accuracy and compliance Communicating with stakeholders via phone, email, text, and letter Communicate to members and consumers how you have reached your conclusion and how your assessment is in-line with current legislation Ensuring all case details and outcomes are logged accurately Legal Case Handler - Required Skills and Experience A minimum of a 2:1 law degree (LL.B) or equivalent Previous work experience within a legal environment essential Strong customer service and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detail, time management and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict in a resilient and impartial manner Thank you for your application.
