Job Details Grade: 10A Hours: 35 Hourly Rate: £27.13 - £28.37 Salary: £49523.88 - £51786.87 per annum Contract Duration: Temporary until 31/03/2026 Recruitment Profile An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Assessor service at a time of exciting change in respect of valuation for rating. We are looking for a Valuation Surveyor to contribute effectively to the Valuation Team to ensure statutory responsibilities are met and in particular completion of the 2026 Revaluation of Non-Domestic property. Essential Member or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS) A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
