Job Description : We are looking for a UI/UX Web Developer to design high-performance user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern front-end technologies, optimizing web pages for speed and scalability, and collaborating with cross functional teams to create responsive, user-centric solutions. Must-Have Skills : - HTML5 - CSS3 - JavaScript - Bootstrap - jQuery - WordPress (Elementor, Joomla) - Basic knowledge of Figma. Good-to-Have Skills : - Advanced Figma skills - Adobe XD - Illustrator - SEO (including Google Tags) - Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies - Basic knowledge on ASP.Net. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement user interfaces that align with design specifications. - Develop responsive, cross-browser-compatible web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and jQuery. - Optimize web pages for maximum performance, speed, and scalability. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Create and maintain a component library for reusable UI elements. - Use Figma to collaborate with design teams, translate designs into high-quality code, and create prototypes and wireframes. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and web technologies. - Develop and manage websites using WordPress (Elementor, Joomla). Required Experience : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer and Web Developer, demonstrating expertise in building user-centric interfaces and delivering high-quality digital solutions. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Bootstrap and jQuery. - Experience with WordPress (Elementor, Joomla) including theme development, plugin customization, and website management. - Strong understanding of responsive design, adaptive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization. - Basic knowledge of Figma. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Educational Qualifications : - Engineering graduate or B.Tech/MCA with relevant major subjects like Computer Science. - Applicants with other advanced certifications in relevant areas will be preferred.
