Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of planning applications and reports. Conducting research and assessments on planning policies, local plans, and national guidelines. Supporting senior planners in the delivery of projects across a range of sectors. Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Attending site visits and helping with development assessments. What We're Looking For: A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning or a related discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideally, some familiarity with planning legislation and processes (however, full training and support will be provided).
