Ecommerce Manager An established British-born ecommerce retailer is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join their growing team. With a strong presence in the industry and a loyal customer base spanning over 80 countries, this company is known for its uniquely designed products and innovative approach. About You You are a driven, hardworking, and self-motivated individual with experience in a similar role, ideally within a small to medium-sized business. You have worked directly with stakeholders in a fast-growing company and have a proven track record in E-commerce global sales. You thrive in a stand-alone role, managing your workload efficiently while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and professionalism. Requirements and Skills: Oversee the ecommerce website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Manage and maintain all product listings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SEO best practices. Identify and implement strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement. Lead ongoing website development projects, working with internal teams and external agencies to introduce new features and functionalities. Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimise website elements, including navigation, content, and checkout experience. Ensure seamless integration between the ecommerce platform, CRM, and marketing tools to enhance customer experience. Work collaboratively with the marketing and social media teams to align online campaigns with ecommerce goals. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, including payment processors, logistics partners, and digital tool providers. Oversee the implementation of personalisation strategies, using data insights to enhance the customer journey. Keep up to date with emerging ecommerce trends, platforms, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Salary & Benefits: Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Employee discount, bonus scheme, flexitime, and company events. Taxi to and from the station so that you can get to work. Health & wellbeing programme.
