We are excited to be recruiting for a Executive Chef based at Wisley Gardens. Location: Wisley Gardens, Surrey Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 Key responsibilities To oversee the development and planning of menus that are in line with client and customer expectations on site To assist company chefs the Food Development Director in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts Ensure all recipes, costings and allergens are being maintained and followed in all we do through Caternet Ensure that budgetary targets are achieved onsite through a thorough understanding of GP, GP%, selling price, cost price, margin, mark up and calculation of menu costs through recipes and the use of Caternet Ensure that targets are met with overall profitability and efficiency Manage labour and GP margins within a set target budget, preferably exceeding expectations To understand and comply with company and statutory health, hygiene, safety and quality standards. This should include COSHH and HACCP and will ensure that all task are carried out in accordance by all kitchen team members What's in it for you?
