Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Keyworker Extraordinaire: Provide unwavering support to young people, ensuring their records are as up-to-date as your latest status on social media. Be the go-to person for all things related to legal appointments concerning immigration status. Channel your inner legal whiz Team Dynamo: Work as part of a wider team, contributing to a harmonious and effective staff unit. Teamwork makes the dream work, after all. Participate in regular staff meetings – we promise there will be coffee. Activity Guru: Organize and support activities that teach independent living skills. Prepare to unleash your inner activity planner Plan leisure activities with young people – think fun, think engaging, think unforgettable. Master of Liaison: Lead multi-agency collaborations with Social Workers, Solicitors, Home Office representatives, and more. Your networking skills will come in handy here Be the ultimate bridge between young people and a myriad of professionals, including educators, healthcare providers, and voluntary agencies. Safeguarding Sentinel: Record and respond to safeguarding issues like a pro. We trust you'll handle this with the utmost care and diligence. Ensure young people's Risk Assessments are always up-to-date – no risk left unassessed Community Champion: Liaise with neighbours and the local community with grace and professionalism. You'll be the friendly face everyone loves to see. Must-Have Superpowers: A Level 3 NVQ (your badge of honour) A full driver's license – because sometimes magic carpets aren't reliable. A cheerful disposition that could brighten even the cloudiest of days. The ability to draw out emotions and feelings from young persons like a seasoned artist. Why Norwich?
