In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in the production environment, handle incidents (L2), conduct root cause analyses, and implement fixes. What you'll be doing Supporting Release Management processes to deliver software to the production environment Monitoring, investigating , and resolving issues in the production environment Managing incidents (Incident Management) and performing Root Cause Analysis Handling incidents at the L2 level Expected competences and knowledge Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git Knowledge of authentication and authorization methods (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT) Understanding of cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool) Familiarity with secure communication protocols (HTTPS) Experience with logging and log analysis tools ( Splunk ) Proficiency in metrics, monitoring, and alerting tools (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana) Understanding of Microservice Architecture Strong interpersonal and communication skills Nice to have Familiarity with JVM, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Oracle Technologies you'll work with Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Git LDAP, Kerberos, JWT HTTPS Splunk Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana Microservice Architecture JVM Kafka PostgreSQL Oracle Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
