Assistant Solicitor (Multi Track) - Fully Remote £45,000 Our client is a highly regarded personal injury specialist and one of the leading firms in the sector, with a team of over 140 experienced Fee Earners across the UK. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or CILEx to join the firm, supporting one of the Directors within the Multi-Track team. The Role As an Assistant Solicitor within the Multi-Track team, you will play a key role in supporting the Director on complex personal injury cases. Working closely with fee earners and counsel, you'll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities across all stages of the litigation process. Taking initial instructions from clients and drafting witness statements. Preparing letters of claim and various court documents including claim forms, particulars of claim, and schedules of loss. Managing court timetables and ensuring compliance with key deadlines. Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties. Attending conferences with counsel both in person and remotely. Conducting legal research on quantum and other relevant matters. Preparing disclosure documents and instructing counsel where appropriate. Carrying out additional legal assistant duties as directed by your supervisor. The Ideal Candidate Minimum Grade B Fee Earner with experience handling or assisting on litigated intermediate and multi-track claims. Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
