Senior Optimisation Engineer Location: London & South Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 (Dependent on Experience) Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, 25 days holiday, overtime and callout payments more Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role My client are looking for a Senior Optimisation Engineer to join their growing BeMS Engineering team. You will play a vital role in delivering energy optimisation projects, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive support across various client sites. You’ll be responsible for delivering small to medium-sized projects and contributing to the design and development of software strategies. You will also lead and manage small project teams, interfacing directly with client project management to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver BMS project work to a high technical standard. Carry out BMS maintenance works, both on-site and remotely. Develop and implement BMS and energy optimisation strategies. Take ownership of project tasks, working closely with Project Management to meet deadlines and resolve challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. Keep up to date with technological developments and best practices within your area of expertise. What We're Looking For Essential: Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification. Experience working with Trend BMS systems. Strong understanding of BMS optimisation principles. Full, clean UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK. Desirable: Experience with other BMS platforms (e.g., Cylon, ALC, Siemens, Niagara). Knowledge of Trend IQ Vision/Niagara 4 (N4).
