Fixed Term Contact – Finance Business Partner Location: Cambridge, CB5 (on-site working) Duration: 6 months Salary: £55,000 per annum Hours : Full time, Monday to Friday This role is crucial in delivering the College’s Deficit Reduction programme. Principal Accountabilities: Collaborate with Heads of Department, Head of Finance, and Management Accountant to provide comprehensive operational management reports and dashboards for monitoring the Deficit Reduction programme. Work closely with Senior Leaders and Heads of Departments to implement the Deficit Reduction programme, including. Evaluate departmental software usage and consider: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of costs, working capital, balance sheet, and capex drivers, translating this into actionable insights and plans. Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to support tactical and strategic decision-making, including process optimisation suggestions.
