We're Hiring: Skilled Welders - Ripley, DE5 3ND ??My client based in Ripley, Derbyshire are looking for fully skilled, time-served Welders to join our fabrication team, supporting the UK Defence industry. If you're an experienced welder with a strong attention to detail and a passion for high-integrity fabrication, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Welding complex, high-integrity fabrications in carbon steel, aluminium, stainless steel, duplex, and exotic alloysWorking to BS EN ISO 3834 quality standardsPerforming NDT-tested welds, including visual and radiographic inspectionsFollowing detailed engineering drawings and weld symbolsMaintaining a clean and organized workspaceAccurately logging working hours and completing all documentationIdentifying and suggesting process improvementsQualifications & Experience:Apprenticeship trained, NVQ Level 3 or higherMinimum 3 years of welding experienceProficient in MIG, MMA & TIG weldingExperience working with a variety of materialsStrong team player with excellent communication skillsWorking Hours & Pay:Day Shift Only:Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30Friday: 07:30 - 12:3039 hours per week minimumPay: From £16.80 per hourOvertime available (50%), including weekendsBenefits:33 days holiday (including statutory)Company pensionLife insuranceSick payFree on-site parkingReferral programmeThis is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, career growth, and the chance to work on exciting defence projects.Apply now and take your welding career to the next levelContact Name: Bradley BaylissTelephone: Email:
