Oracle Technical Consultant - EBS/HRMS/SCM Modules

& Development Skills: - Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, SCM, HRMS, and others as required. - Work on Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and XML Publisher. - Development of custom components like interfaces, extensions, reports, and forms using Oracle development tools. Integration : - Design and implement integrations between Oracle applications and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and Oracle SOA Suite. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Technical Documentation : - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and technical solution diagrams. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and document version control. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : - Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting : - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of Oracle EBS applications, custom code, and database performance. Upgrades & Migrations : - Oracle EBS upgrades, patch applications, and data migrations. Team Management : - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high performance team : - Graduate/Postgraduate. - Oracle certifications (like Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Technical, Oracle Cloud certifications) are a plus Experience 10 to 15 years of Oracle certifications (like Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Technical, Oracle Cloud certifications) are a plus Technical : - Oracle Applications Technical Expertise. - Know about Oracle Technical Architecture and Integration.
