Java Web Developer

Experience : 4-8 Years Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Only Role Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer with a strong focus on Spring Boot and Microservices architecture for a Contract to Hire (C2H) position. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. - Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and implement effective solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, trends, and best practices. - Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and methodologies. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. Technical Skills (Must Have) : - Strong proficiency in Java programming language. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. - Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Jakarta EE. - Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. - Understanding of RESTful API development. Technical Skills (Good to Have) : - Experience with microservices architecture. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. - Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
