MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific AbouttheRole: PositionTitle: Administrator CorporateTitle:Administrator Reportingto: Vice President / Assistant Vice President Location:Bengaluru. Job Profile Purpose ofRole: Responsible for supporting business team in execution of functions related transaction processing, timelyresponse to queries raised, record maintenance, reconciliation, follow internal and regulatory proceduresand liaise with otherinternal stakeholderstoensure smoothprocessing oftransactions. MainResponsibilities Process: Performtheduties ofMakerfortheactivitiesassigneddiligently. Understandtheprocess/policiesoftheBankandadheretotheneeds. Work closely with overseas branch to process / execute the transactions as per accuracy / qualitystandards / SLAs of theBank. Learnthesystem functionsandadhere tothecontrols. Supportoverseasbranch toresolveoperationalincidents/reporting(ifany). Providesuggestion(s)toimprove/streamlinetheoperationalprocesses. Customer: Developandmaintain strongstakeholdermanagementwithkeystakeholderswithinMUFG. Supportandresolve customerenquiriesandprovideexcellent customerservice. Work in partnership with Compliance to understand relevant operational guidelines, MUFGsstandardproceduresandlocalregulationsandassesstheimpactonthedaily operationsworkflow. Work in partnership with the wider operations team for information sharing and to ensure thattransactions areprocessed accuratelyandin atimelymanner. TosupportdevelopmentalprojectsrelatingtotheDepartment. People: Goodinteamwork. LiaisonwithBusinessteamfortimely&qualitydeliverablesof assistance/services. Other / Control: Perform the checking process on operational issues, escalated by the less experienced members oftheteam. Performthereconciliationofanydailypendingtransactions Support the Head of Department in determining the level of support on new MUFG product offeringsbycarryingoutreviewsonresourcingissues, internalpolicies,workarounds,andsystemcapabilities. Support the Head of Department in achieving the departments KPIs, set by the BranchManagement. Support inmanagingtheriskprofile forthedepartment. Supportinternalandexternalaudits withinthedepartmentbypreparingdocumentationasrequired Maintaingoodworking knowledgeofindustry trends,products,relevant laws,andregulations. Adheretoallcompanypolicies aswellasguidelines CandidateProfile: Minimum 0 to 2 years of relevant experience and sound knowledge of Bank Guarantees Operations, managingIssuance, Amendment,Advising, Confirmation,Cancellation,and Invocation. Strong PCskills (MSOffice) Goodinterpersonalskills todealcourteouslyandeffectivelywithothers. Goodunderstandingofbasicbanking products. Understanding oflocalrelevant regulations. RegulatoryCertificationwouldbepreferred. Goodinterpersonalskillstodealcourteouslyandeffectivelywithothers. Attentiontodetails. Graduateand / orPostgraduate.
