If your head’s full of ideas and you know how to turn them into real, well-planned actions that adapt to a constantly changing market – then we might be looking for you Work mode: Remotely Employment type: Full time, Half-time Contract type: B2B Contract Salary: B2B (net FV): 2 600 – 2 800 EUR Job Description Develop and implement marketing and PR strategies Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers Identify and establish collaborations with relevant content creators Create engaging content for social media and manage company channels Organize promotional, PR, and influencer marketing campaigns Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly Collaborate with the creative team and external partners Requirements Experience in marketing, PR, and influencer marketing (at least 5–6 years) Strong knowledge of the media landscape, social media, and industry contacts Ability to build and nurture relationships with influencers Creativity, strong writing skills, and storytelling ability Self-motivation and ability to work in a team Lithuanian - C1/C2 English - B2/C1 Nice to have Experience in a similar role Other languages Our Offer Well-established, fast growing, international company with colleagues from all around the world Development initiatives Freedom to create, test, learn and grow Flexible working hours Work from home (100% home office possible)
