CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 23 years of relevant experience in a cellar environment Valid forklift license will be to your advantage SKOP 1, 2 and 3 will be to your advantage Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of the winemaking process Willingness to work overtime, night shift and over weekends when operationally required DUTIES: Wine cellar activities General cellar work Health & safety and housekeeping according to audit compliance Assisting with bottling and labelling Forklift driver for the store area
