Shift Supervisor: Load and Haul

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor: Load and Haul to join their operations in the Northern Cape Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate shift resources, trucks, and loading tools to meet daily pit schedules Lead and supervise operational teams and contractors on-site Manage budgets and control costs effectively Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency Ensure strict compliance with SHERQ standards and safety protocols Requirements: Grade 12 Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines Supervisory Certificate National Diploma in Mining Engineering 5 years operational surface mining experience control room / machine operator 1 year experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a Surface mining environment 1 year operational experience in Load and Haul Benefits: Salary: R1m - R1,2m CTC Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
