Requirements: Grade 12 qualification. CO2 Welding qualification. 5-10 years of welding experience. 3-5 years of supervision experience. Basic computer literacy. Attributes: Strong attention to detail. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Adheres to safety protocols. Reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated. Effective problem-solver and decision-maker. Well-organized and punctual. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Good eyesight for precision work.
