Operations & Scheduling Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily vehicle scheduling & forward planning Handle last-minute changes (breakdowns, driver issues, new bookings) Support the operations team and manage disciplinary action Ensure smooth, efficient fleet utilization Youll need: Grade 12, Code B drivers license & reliable transport 5 years fleet scheduling (30 vehicles, irregular schedules) Strong English skills (written & spoken) Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Proven disciplinary experience (as an initiator) Solid understanding of fuel analysis & vehicle utilization Flexibility to work outside normal hours & weekly standby duty What Were Looking For: Calm, focused, detail-oriented under pressure Service-driven and results-focused Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills Organised, accurate, and efficient in an open-plan setup
