Service Co-ordinator - Northern Suburbs

Requirements: Grade 12 Advantageous: Certificate or Diploma in related industry Ideally 2 years' experience in service industry Responsibilities: Daily control and follow up on all routes services to ensure services stay up to date. Plan routines accordingly when faced with holidays to ensure that all services stay up to date. Liaising with and supplying services to clients to keep them informed of scheduled visits. Updating routing of clients when changes are required. Supervise and assisting with loading and offloading of vehicles, as well as checking paperwork, stock match and signing off on all checks done. Managing of fuel cards and petrol slips on weekly basis. All slips to be accounted for. Managing of weekly vehicle checklists.
