RESPONSIBILITIES: Craft high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and artisan breads Innovate seasonal and signature dessert menus to surprise and delight the guests Ensure impeccable quality, presentation, and taste in every creation Lead and inspire the pastry team to deliver consistent excellence Manage inventory, maintain hygiene standards, and control costs Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team for smooth kitchen operations REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment Strong creative vision with attention to detail and presentation Solid knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen Culinary degree or professional pastry training is advantageous Thank you for applying with RAREcruit Follow us on social media for the latest jobs, trends and market insight: Website:
