Production Line Operator

Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Tertiary qualification advantageous Knowledge of fruit/agricultural industry advantageous Keen eye for detail Strong problem-solving and communication skills Good computer skills Ability to work night shifts during peak season Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous packhouse experience is advantageous Own transport Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid production downtime Plan, document and measure daily production output Lead and coordinate a packing team to ensure targets are met Manage the pack line, ensuring correct setup and adjustments Operate and monitor packing line equipment, including camera grading and sorting system PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
