Brand Marketing Intern

About the role The position is responsible to assist in deploying the marketing strategy at country and dealer level and coordinating the activities with the Brand Marketing Team and Dealers. Key Performance Areas: Brand Marketing (Customer Service & Commercial Vehicles) Execute events on behalf of the marketing department Assist dealers with developing their marketing plans Assist and support the dealers with events and exhibition material Assist and support the dealers with sales promotional material Administration and billing handling Maintain relationships with communication agencies, Maintain relationships with merchandising suppliers. Focus on Commercial Vehicles Assist with the leads management process flow Manage merchandise, stock take and record keep Focus on Customer Service Prepare advertising material and dealer advert space on local media Assist the dealers with sales promotional material Support with the monitoring of sell out data and propose corresponding marketing action to be developed through MY Iveco Business Tool Manage Business Connection profiling Knowledge and skills needed: South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34 Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before Grade 12 Relevant Marketing degree or similar Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar Marketing role would be beneficial Behavioural competencies: Enjoys interacting with people and would feel comfortable communicating with suppliers and dealers. Establishes and maintains effective relations with customers and gains their trust and respect. Evaluate and critically examines information Work under pressure, stay calm and professional always.
