We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Management Team (Couple) to oversee various departments and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. If you have a passion for hospitality and great leadership skills, we want to hear from you General Manager: Responsible for overall operations and strategic planning Reservations / Reception / Housekeeping: Manage bookings, front desk activities, and housekeeping services Events Management: Plan and execute successful events and functions Food & Beverage Manager: Oversee dining outlets and maintain high-quality standards Front End Manager: Ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction Rooms Division Manager: Manage room allocations and maintenance Financial Management Maintenance Co-ordination and Property Management Team Leadership and HR The ideal candidates should have a solid background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a multicultural team effectively. Additional requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in Hotel Management preferably in a "Resort environment" Strong Financial Acumen Comfortable living in a remote location Experience with Hospitality related software systems, in particular APEX, Nightsbridge and OTA's.
